Who We Are
We didn’t start big. We started right.
Our first shipment was 20 tons of Egyptian rice. Today we move thousands of tons annually.
Founded in the early 2000s in the UAE, Giza General Trading began as a small trading operation with a singular focus — sourcing quality food commodities and delivering them reliably. The founders understood early on that in the FMCG world, consistency is everything. A retailer can forgive a delay once. They won’t forgive a second time.
From those early days of learning the supply chain from the ground up — walking markets, building supplier relationships across Egypt, India, and Southeast Asia — the company grew into a trusted name in food commodity trading. Today, Giza supplies rice, pulses, oils, dairy, canned goods, spices, and more to businesses across the UAE and beyond.
